Secure Payments
Your security is our priority. All payment transactions on ebadesign.ca are processed via Stripe, a global leader in secure online payments.
Upon checkout, you are redirected to a secure payment gateway. All sensitive data, including credit card information, is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Privacy Policy
At Éba design, we value your privacy.
Data Usage: Customer information is used solely to fulfill orders and improve our services.
Communication: We may occasionally send newsletters regarding new products. You may opt out of these communications at any time by replying to the email or clicking “unsubscribe."
Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders over $300 CDN (before tax) For orders under $300, Canadian shipping is $20.
Once your payment has cleared, your order will be shipped. We try our best to ship within a few days. Your package is very important to us and we will get out as quickly as we can! We ship with Canada Post regular mail or light packet service, depending on size and weight. Packages within Canada will not be shipped with insurance or a tracking number. If you require insurance or a tracking number, please contact us prior to ordering.
Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 days of purchase.
Carrier: We ship via Canada Post
Returns and Refunds
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us within a week of receiving it and ship the item back to us. We will be happy to issue you a credit or refund. We are not, however, able to refund shipping costs.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund, please contact us at info@ebadesign.ca within 7 days of receiving the item in order to request an exchange/return. Item must be returned unused, in original packaging and with the tags on. Item must arrive at Flock Boutique within 14 days of exchange/refund request. Shipping costs are not refundable. Any credit/refund issued will not include shipping costs.
Damaged during transit:
Éba design will provide a full refund for any items damaged during delivery, including a reimbursement of the original shipping charges. Please provide a photo of the damaged package for our insurance claim.
Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, clothing must be in its original condition and must not have been worn prior to the claim.
